What is the purpose of a Dry Bag?
A: Dry Bags are designed to keep their contents dry during inclement weather or short term immersion in water. This is achieved by the use of waterproof materials in their manufacture, heat taped seam joins, and variously welded seams, roll top closures, fold over closures, and clip lock closures. Drybags can also be used to keep wet contents seperate from dry items. Drybags can vary in form, from dry-sack like roll top dry-bags, to roll top duffel (duffle) bags, and to designs that protect electronic devices like smart phones, mobile phones, computer tablets, computer laptops, and vhf / uhf transponders. We also have them in rolltop backpack styles, first aid kit styles, travel pouches and wallets, and map / document protectors. If you are venturing out into a situation where you want to protect your essentials from water, rain, inclement weather, or dust, or you are heading off for overseas travel then we have drybags that will meet your needs.
How Waterproof are these DryBags?

Their dry-bag products are designed to keep contents dry during inclement weather or short term immersion in water. Aquaquest waterproof products have been proven in use in demanding conditions all around the world, and are used by growing numbers of the world's top guides, mariners, adventurers, and outdoor professionals.
Is there a warranty on these Dry Bag products?
A: Aquaquest products are well made, and durable in extended use. So much so, that it is possible to offer a two year 'No Worries' Warranty on them. Materials & Craftmanship on Aquaquest Dry Bags are fully warranted against defects for two years (from date of purchase) to the original owner. If any of these products prove defective, we will repair or replace it accordingly.
What Payment options do I have with Paypal?
A: You can make secure payment using your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Credit Card as a Paypal guest - just add your item to thecart, go to the cart, checkout from the cart, select the 'dont have a paypal account' link, & make payment on the secure form. If you you already have a Paypal account, you can choose your preferred secure payment method accordingly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We will usually dispatch the next business day following payment. Product will ship from our Wellington facility. If there is likely to be any delay we will contact you. NZ delivery will usually be made within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
Where do you ship to and how much will I pay for shipping?
A: Our shipping is set up for NZ wide delivery only. Tracked shipping charges for NZ are as follows: We charge a flat rate of $8.50 for tracked shipping for any order size, so you can combine several items for delivery together with no extra charge
Can I have a few days to view then 'no questions asked' return a purchase?
A: Yes you can purchase to view, or try-on for fit, & provided the item is returned within a week of receipt, unused, and in as new, condition, with all original packaging, we will provide a credit for the goods, or provide an alternative from our range to your preference. Please do let us know in advance of sending if you wish to make a return or exchange, so we can prepare accordingly.
